Sunset in the Dolomites
It's no secret that I love to travel! Sooo many places I want to see with my own eyes in Italy particularly. Oh that beautiful country. The history, the food, the art, and the geography. Since studying art history in college I've been making a list of all the things I want to see and do there. One of those bucket list places is The Dolomites in Northern Italy. Such rugged otherworldly mountains! And I've wanted to paint them forever, so I finally did. This piece is 12x16in oil on gallery wrapped canvas. I named it "Sunset in the Dolomites" and it is #3 in my European collection.
